John Beardsell, said:

“The acquisition of this site at Deane Golf Club represents an exciting opportunity to diversify our portfolio of new homes across the region and, while smaller than our typical development site, we are very much looking forward to bringing this collection of executive detached homes to the market and raising awareness of our brand on this prestigious site”

“John is a fantastic addition to the team and he will be key in helping to grow the business through the acquisition and promotion of both immediate and strategic development opportunities across our region.  We are grateful to Ken Whittaker, the board of Deane Golf Club and John Broadbent for choosing Concert Homes and working on the deal with us and we look forward to working closely with the Golf Club over the coming months.”
